Just 14 months after he was captured and put in a maximum-security prison, he made a spectacular escape through a mile-long tunnel dug under his prison cell. So where is “El Chapo” now? How could the world’s most wanted crime boss have possibly escaped? These are just some of Mariana’s questions as she journeys deep into narco territory. She makes it as far as El Chapo’s hometown before she is summoned by a local who hands her a cell phone -- on the other end of the line a man gives Mariana an ominous message, one that leaves little doubt about who’s still in charge.
