In ‘Europe’s Wilderness’, we show our continent in all its diversity and beauty. Focusing on four extraordinary animals, the second season of this series will explore each animal’s specific habitat from their unique perspective. We set out on a cinematic safari that takes us from Norway’s highest mountain tops to the Mediterranean island of Cyprus and the wild forests of eastern Poland. Currently, the earth is experiencing the greatest extinction of species since the dinosaurs. With our series we want to draw attention to animals whose habitats are threatened by humans or climate change.
